Designed in Brewfather based on 70% mash efficiency


ABV: 10.4%

Color: 21 SRM


Mash:

  • 72% (16 lbs 5 oz) Maris Otter

  • 10% (2 lbs 4 oz) flaked oats

  • 6% (1 lb 6 oz) Crystal 60

  • 6% (1 lb 6 oz) Crystal 20

  • 6% (1 lb 6 oz) Victory

  • 24 oz frozen cranberry (warm to room temperature and muddle prior to adding)


Boil (90 minute):

  • 60 minute - 16 oz dextrose (corn sugar)

  • 60 minute - 2 oz Magnum hops (11.8% AA - 39 IBUs)

  • 60 minute - 1 oz East Kent Goldings hops (4.7% AA - 7.8 IBUs)

  • 15 minute - 1 oz East Kent Goldings hops (4.7% AA - 3.9 IBUs)

  • 15 minute - 1/2 Whirlfloc tablet

  • 5 minute - 1 oz East Kent Goldings hops (4.7% AA - 1.5 IBUs)

  • 5 minute - 32 oz maple syrup


Yeast:

  • 3 packages Imperial Yeast #A10 Darkness, or yeast starter.
