All grain (6 gal)

Designed in Brewfather based on 70% mash efficiency


ABV: 4.6%

Estimated OG: 1.045

Estimated FG: 1.010

IBUs: 21

Color: 3.2 SRM


Mash:

  • 90% (10 lbs 10 oz) German Pilsner

  • 10% (1 lb 3 oz) Vienna


Boil:

  • 60 minute - 0.8 oz Hallertau Magnum hops (12% AA - 20.2 IBUs)

  • 15 minute - 1/2 Whirlfloc tablet

  • 5 minute - 0.2 oz Hallertau Blanc hops (10.5% AA - 0.9 IBUs)


Yeast:

  • 1 package Imperial Yeast #G03 Dieter


Fermentation:

  • After primary fermentation has concluded, wash and thinly slice 1 large cucumber. If desired, you may soak the slices in plain vodka for an hour for additional sanitation. Discard or enjoy the vodka, then add slices to the fermenter for one week.
