Designed in Brewfather based on 70% mash efficiency

ABV: 4.6%

Estimated OG: 1.046 SG

Estimated FG: 1.011 SG

IBUs: 13.2

Color: 22 SRM


Mash:

  • 74% (9 lbs 4 oz) Maris Otter

  • 10% (1 lb 4 oz) brown malt

  • 7% (14 oz) Victory

  • 3% (6 oz) flaked wheat

  • 3% (6 oz) Crystal 60

  • 3% (6 oz) chocolate malt


Boil:

  • 60 minute - 1 oz Fuggle hops (4.5% AA - 9.4 IBUs)

  • 10 minute - 1 oz East Kent Goldings hops (5% AA - 3.8 IBUs)

  • 10 minute - 1/2 Whirlfloc tablet

  • 10 minute - 16 oz PB2 (peanut powder with cocoa)


Yeast:

  • 1 package Imperial Yeast #A07 Flagship
