40% (4 lbs 5 oz) pale malt
26% (2 lb 13 oz) Maris Otter
11% (1 lb 3 oz) flaked barley
11% (1 lb 3 oz) flaked wheat
5% (8.6 oz) roasted barley
5% (8.6 oz) Special B
2% (3.5 oz) Midnight Wheat
6 oz rice hulls
29 oz Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (one can) - add this on top of the mash during the last 10 minutes, or during mash out. You want the flavor, but don't mix it in thoroughly with the grain or you may have difficulty lautering.
Boil (90 minutes):
90 minute - 10 oz lactose (milk sugar)
60 minute - 0.75 oz Magnum hops (13.2% AA - 23.1 IBUs)
10 minute - 0.46 oz East Kent Goldings (4.6% AA - 1.8 IBUs)
10 minute - 1/2 Whirlfloc tablet
0 minute (flameout) - 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Yeast:
2 packages Imperial Yeast #A01 House, or yeast starter.
